You are invited to join us for “The CSGP and Me Inspector Training” on January 21, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Builders Association office (25428 Co Rd 20, Elkhart, IN 46517). This focused training will provide builders, developers, and inspectors with practical guidance on the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP), an explanation of Larger Common Plans of Development and their impact on subdivision projects in Elkhart County, an overview of key Best Management Practices for controlling erosion and sediment onsite, and clarity on stormwater regulations and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements. Participants will also receive hands-on instruction in using PermiTrack ESC inspection software effectively. Additional topics and resources will be included to support compliance and successful project management.
